10 Principles for Any technique

This is from one of Master Jay Davis' "nuggets" that he gives in classes at the Tukong Moosul Academy.



There are Ten Principles in any Martial Arts Technique


  1. Breath

  2. Keyap

  3. Self Control

  4. Space Control

  5. Inner Control

  6. Leverage

  7. Anticipation

  8. Timing

  9. Balance

  10. Speed
